5 Rohingya kids, who had been detained in Assam’s Silchar on Could 29, have fled by breaking a wall of an commentary house they had been stored in. In response to police, the incident occurred within the early hours of July 1.

They had been stored on the government-run little one commentary house in Meherpur in Silchar.

Police sources mentioned the kids took benefit of the flood state of affairs in Silchar, broke the wall of the commentary house and fled together with two native kids staying on the middle.

On Could 29, the Silchar police had detained 26 Rohingyas, together with eight girls and 12 kids. The crew had reached Kamakhya station in Guwahati from Delhi by practice on Could 28 and travelled to Silchar by street on two Innova vehicles and reached Silchar within the early hours the following day.

The police had stored the minors on the commentary house and the others on the Silchar Central Jail.
