A video of a constable from the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) singing a preferred tune from 1997 movie ‘Border‘ is successful hearts on social media. The video has been posted by ITBP on its Koo and its different social media handles. The constable is seen surrounded by fellow ITBP officers, who give thumbs as much as his rendition of “Aye Jaate Huye Lamhon”, that includes Suniel Shetty and Sharbani Mukherjee. It was sung by Roop Kumar Rathod within the film.

‘Border‘, the multi-starrer was set amidst the backdrop of the 1971 India-Pakistan warfare and was written, produced and directed by JP Dutta. The film and the tune had stroked a chord with cinema lovers again then.
ITBP retains posting the movies of the efficiency of its troops occasionally. Earlier this month, constable Vikramjeet Singh was seen performing a musical rendition of the well-known Pakistani tune, “Afreen Afreen” in video posted on ITBP’s official Instagram deal with.
“Afreen Afreen” was sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Momina Mustehsan in Coke Studio Season 9, in 2016. It was initially composed by his uncle Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.
Within the video, the opposite constable was seen strumming the guitar whereas constable Singh is singing the tune.
