Kochi:
A tuition trainer has been arrested by Palluruthy police in Kochi for allegedly beating up a four-year previous pupil for not finding out correctly.
Police on Thursday arrested 30-year previous Akhil after a case was registered beneath numerous provisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Juvenile Justice (JJ) Act, on the premise of a criticism from the kid’s mother and father.
“A case has been registered beneath Part 324 and 506 of IPC and Part 75 of the JJ Act. We received the criticism on June 22 and arrested him yesterday. He has been remanded,” police mentioned.
The criticism alleged that the tutoring trainer had brutally crushed up the boy and even threatened his mom in case she approached the police.
A case has been registered beneath Part 324 (voluntarily inflicting harm) and 506 (prison intimidation of the IPC and Part 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act (Punishment for cruelty to baby).
