

UP man arrested for hurting non secular sentiments by promoting hen on pictures of Hindu deities
Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh:
A person was arrested in Uttar Pradesh’s Sambhal for allegedly hurting non secular sentiments by promoting hen on a bit of paper having photos of Hindu deities, and likewise attacking a police staff.
The incident came about on Sunday when some individuals complained that Talib Hussain was promoting hen from his store on a bit of paper carrying an image of a Hindu god and goddess, hurting their non secular feeling, the police instructed information company Press Belief of India.
When a police staff reached his store, Talib Hussain allegedly attacked them with a knife with an intention to kill, the FIR or police case said, in line with Press Belief of India.

Talib Hussain has been charged below IPC Sections 153-A [promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence], 295-A [deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs] and 307 [attempt to murder].
